A short description of the object and quantities: the design and construction of the Clinical Orthopedical and Traumatological Hospital, with the capacity of 210 beds, on the base of the unfinished construction located at 18 Nicolae Testemitanu street, in Chisinau, in change of the assets located at Stefan cel Mare Avenue, 190, in Chisinau, including the adjacent plot with the surface of 2,0261 ha.
Terms of execution of the works : 24 months, from the date of approval of the designing documentation.
Qualification criteria :
a) The Bidder has proven a financial capacity to carry out the investments works for a period of 24 months for a minimum amount of 16 million EURO;
b) The Bidder has proven experience in financing and implementing the works, the total amount of the implemented real estate projects during the last ten years shall be at least of 100 million EURO ;
c) The Bidder has an economical and financial capacity, average business turnover for the last three years shall be as a minimum of 10 million EURO/year.
Selection criteria : in line with the maximum number of points achieved for the each of the following criteria : 1) business plan; 2) the total investments volume proposed to be implemented by the bidder; 3) the technical solution proposed for the implementation of the objectives and standards used; 4) the schedule of works, specifying the starting date, the fazing and the completion of works; 5) the working experience of designers ; 6) the bidder's experience in financing the proposed investments; 7) engage local contractors and manpower; 8) the control and monitoring procedure asked by the organizer.
